Your Choice supported living

Not everyone is able to manage independently and so receiving the right support is essential.

We at Your Choice, provide a care and support system that is built around the individual, considering your needs and goals, enabling you to be self-sufficient within your own home.

We recognise that everyone’s needs for care and support are different and firmly believe it is your choice regarding how your support is delivered.

Our aim is to provide you with the highest standard of care by putting you first, encouraging you to express your own wishes and preferences, enabling you to make better choices.

At Your Choice, we consider your needs and interests when assigning a member of our highly-trained Caring Team. Whether you need care and support for a few hours a week or every day, we help facilitate day-to-day living. Perhaps you need support with household chores, budgeting, shopping, menu-planning and cooking or maybe you require assistance when visiting the doctor or hospital. We, at Your Choice, will provide the care and support that is right for you, helping you achieve and maintain your goals and outcomes.

At Your Choice, you will receive a Weekly Care Diary as well as an Individualised Care Plan and Care File which focuses on what you want to achieve. In addition to regular reviews with Social Services, we firmly believe that being part of a community is important and so encourage social activities as well as maintaining strong relationships with family and friends.

Your Choice is an accredited Care Provider within Dorset County Council and we have now branched out to Devon. Our hard-working and friendly carers are fully trained and DBS-checked.
