Time to Talk

Time to Talk aims to reduce loneliness and isolation and improve the well-being of people with disabilities, long-term health conditions and Deaf people.   Time to Talk services are:

  • Free telephone support service providing opportunities for a chat or for information and advice on 0300 303 3691
  • Free webcam support service available on Facetime, Facebook Messenger and Skype
  • Life Coaching: one-to-one or in small groups (provided remotely during Covid-19 lockdown)
  • Deaf Counselling (provided via webcam / video conferencing during Covid-19 lockdown)
  • Chat and Share peer suppport groups
  • Themed Information and Advice sessions

The telephone and webcam services are avalaible Tuesday - Thursday 10am - 4pm

Time to Talk is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund.
