Every young person needs a safe place to live and a future. Here at Amber, we aim to help homeless, unemployed young people move on to positive, independent futures.
Young people become homeless for many reasons – family breakdown, financial problems, drug and alcohol abuse, leaving care, mental health, prison release or sometimes they just make bad decisions. And once homeless, it can be very difficult to find work, secure accommodation and get back on your feet.
Amber can help – based at three residential centres across the South and South West of England, we deliver a structured blend of support, training, experience and opportunity that encourages young people to focus on their strengths and inspires them to take responsibility for their lives and move forward towards work, secure housing and a more fulfilling future.
Covers all Devon.
