Brownsdon and Tremayne Estate

Brownsdon Estate:

Sums of money are available to male persons living in Devon (with a preference to men living in Tavistock) with particular needs, special regard being given to owner/occupiers who are unable to maintain their property through lack of financial resources.

A sum of £1000 for educational purposes for a male person at the discretion of the Trustees is available to enable a person in need (resident in Devon) to go to University or onto Higher Education, preference will be given to a male who has had Junior/Senior education in Tavistock.

Tremayne Estate:

Sums of money are available to needy persons living in Tavistock (male or female) to provide extra comforts (disposable weekly income less than £250).
