Home from Hospital service

Returning home from hospital can leave you worried about how you will cope and whether you need extra support. Our Home from Hospital care service makes the transition easier and can normally be arranged within days.

The service is designed to help the elderly and vulnerable recuperate quickly at home and provide support so they can continue to remain independent.

The service consists of a 24/7 personal alarm with alarm pendant, medical helplines and a regular wellbeing call to make sure you are settling back home OK. And the first 6 weeks are free!

Taking Care offer a range of other telecare services to support your loved one, including fall detector alarms, GPS personal alarms and dementia trackers.
