The patient advice and complaints team (PACT) provide patients, carers, family members, the public and staff in Northern, Eastern and Western Devon, and South Devon & Torbay with help, advice and support with concerns or comments relating to NHS services.
Patients, families and staff are supported to raise concerns and complaints about local health services, get them resolved quickly and help improve services for others.
If you ask for help you will be in control of how the issue is dealt with and offered support and referrals as needed. You can raise issues which affect your care in one or a number of services.
Raising your concerns will not affect your future care. Raising your concerns helps the NHS to learn and improve.
