The Pad Training and Community Centre

The Pad is Eat That Frog's Paignton community hub, helping people of all ages, offering a wide range of activities.

We have a variety of training programmes available to people over 19 often for free (conditions apply), this may include IT and computer skills, Career support, Health & Wellbeing, Cooking and Nutrition and more.

We also offer bespoke education for young people aged 16+ with an EHCP - our 1:1 provision has had fabulous outcomes for young people who haven't coped with mainstream school or college, due to anxiety, autism or mental health problems.

We are also a great place to get help to access/liaise with other services, establishing social contacts and activities,  providing an Over 50s Lunch Club and a work club.We work with employers and partner organisations to develop sustainable employment opportunities, helping people to develop new skills and gain paid employment.  We enable people to unlock or recognise their potential to contribute to the local community whilst overcoming or managing barriers in their life.

We can also help local businesses with the training and people they need to succeed!
