Public Libraries in Devon (Libraries Unlimited)

Libraries Unlimited has a contract to run Devon County Council’s public library service – 50 libraries across the county and 4 mobile libraries. Your local library has something for everyone: books and information, music, films, computers with access to the Internet and more. Free Wi-Fi is available in all our libraries.

Prison Libraries
Libraries Unlimited runs the libraries at Devon’s three prisons – Channings Wood, Exeter and Dartmoor – on behalf of the National Offender Management Service.

Fab Lab Devon
Fab Lab Devon is based in Exeter Library. It is a small-scale workshop offering digital fabrication facilities. It’s an open access, not-for-profit, community resource where anybody can invent and make just about anything.

Business & IP Centre
The Business and Intellectual Property Centre in Exeter Library provides support to business owners, entrepreneurs and inventors, in partnership with the British Library. You can access a comprehensive collection of online databases and publications and attend practical workshops, one-to-one advice sessions and inspiring talks.

Follow the website link to find details of opening times and services available for all public libraries in the Devon County Council area (excludes Plymouth and Torbay).
