Cathy Towers - Counselling / Psychotherapy, Money Mentoring and Improv

Conventional medicine doesn’t always have the complete answer and finding the therapy that works best for you can be a challenge. I am here to help with a mix of online and in person services.

Do contact me if you want to function better at work, in your leisure, in your body or in your relationships.

I aim to help with the underlying causes of whatever is troubling you in an efficient way.   Below is a list of what I can offer.  If I can't help, I have a referral list to trusted colleagues who may be able to help.

I offer:
Counselling, psychotherapy, couples counselling

Fear to Flow packages for exploring your relationship with money - see here: Fear to Flow

Online Improv sessions - for fun as well as developing spontaneity and confidence
