Exeter Red Tent: menstruation wellbeing group - Online

These warm, welcoming gatherings offer women+ a space to sit together and create a community space where we can hear, bear witness, and support each other during our cycle awareness practice. This is an inclusive space, all women+ are welcome regardless of age, sexuality, race, ethnicity or disability, and all people who identify as women are welcome.

We will be exploring menstrual cycle awareness practices, if you do not experience menstrual cycles you are still welcome but understand that this will be part of the discussion. We meet around the new moon each month.

This session is run by Hazel Acland Tree. She has been facilitating women’s circles for 7 years, both in-person and online. Holding Red Tents and Seasonal Celebrations. She is also a doula and holistic childbirth educator and has published two books about birth.
