Holsworthy Link Centre

Link Centres are drop-in centres for people with and recovering from a wide range of mental health problems. You can refer yourself or you can be referred by your G.P, social worker, community psychiatric nurse, cccupational therapist, psychiatrist or other professional.

With our experienced team of mental health support workers, at the Link centres we provide a safe space for drop-in sessions where people can socialise and make friends. We run a variety of wellbeing and therapeutic groups, offer time limited community outreach if you are struggling to leave your home and can offer one to one support during centre opening times with prior arrangement.  Our support workers are not counsellors but they are experienced listeners who recognise that people’s needs are very specific to the individual. Our team work sensitively and flexibly to support people with mental health difficulties, signposting you to other services where necessary or working with you to find practical ways of resolving your particular problems, including housing, debt and benefit difficulties.

The Link Centre is in Well Park which is a small cul-de-sac off Western Road. If you turn into Western Road off North Road by the church the turning in to Well Park is 100 metres down the hill on the right hand side. In Well Park itself the Link Centre is just past the Fire Station and opposite the Police Station.
