We provide free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. We value diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination.
Advice areas covered include – benefits, debt, work, housing, consumer issues, family, law and courts, immigration and health.
We also have a number of projects supporting clients with energy comparisons, health issues and personal budgeting support with Universal Credit.
