Family Intervention Team (FIT) - South and West Devon

The Family Intervention Team (FIT) has been developed to help families who want support in dealing with a range of issues with the aim for the whole family to achieve their goals.

We are a team of Family Practitioners who have good links within the community and with all local agencies and resources.

We are dedicated to working with each family to assess and support their individual needs, offering early help. This includes routine, structure and inter-family relationships. We can also support families to access all other local services including education, financial/benefit and health provisions.

We will work with your family giving practical support, honest advice, building strengths and skills.
