Independent, registered charitable organisation which provides both services and information to organisations in rural areas of Devon and encourages rural self-help and local initiatives. Can help on such matters as village halls, community projects and playing fields. Also produces LOVE Devon magazine. Provides secretariat for the Devon Association of Parish Councils, The Devon Playing Fields Association and Devon Association of Community Buildings.
