Homes That Smile train and support Family Friends to work in the community with those families registered with HTS for support.

We provide courses, with a creche that parents can access to improve their knowledge and skills.

We offer 1 to 1 support, to families involved in accessing our courses or our group, also  receiving referrals from health visitors, but self referral is possible.

We offer courses to families with children aged 0-11 years that help with:

  •   Parenting
  •   Money Management
  •   Home Organisation
  •   Cooking on a Budget
  •   Transportation to Appointments
  •   Creative Play

We have a weekly drop in group for parents and carers of children under five.

The courses we currently deliver are:

Parentalk (Care for the Family)  six sessions, term time

Understanding Anger ( Care for the Family), six sessions, term time

A ten week Parent College (developed by the Balsam Family Project Didcot) September to December

We create and develop links through community groups and church groups for parents and children.
