We run forest bathing walks across Devon for the benefit of mental and physical health. Forest Bathing, or Shinrin-Yoku, is a practice that combines mindfulness with being in nature. (No water is involved; the bathing element is about immersion in the restorative qualities of nature.)
We take you on a short, gentle walk in the beautiful Devon woods and through a series of invitations practice activities that tune up your senses – finishing with a tea ceremony with plants we have foraged. Following this practice has been proven to create a range of health benefits for the body and the mind.
