Age UK Exeter is part of Wellbeing Exeter, a partnership of voluntary organisation working with identified GP surgeries in the city.

We have staff who act as 'Community Connectors' to connect people referred by primary care services to a range of opportunities and support* that will enhance their wellbeing, grow social networks, build confidence and resilience and enable people to get more out of life.

This is a free service for anyone aged 50+ living in Exeter who is served by one the participating surgeries which are: St Thomas Health Centre, Ide Lane, Foxhayes, Mount Pleasant, Pinhoe, Wonford Green and Topsham.
