Housing and care homes

This section provides you with general information and advice on housing matters as well as details of housing associations, supported housing, care homes, nursing homes, sheltered and other forms of accommodation in Devon.

It also provides details of organisations which help and support homeless people and young people leaving care.

Information on Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered services is taken from the CQC website http://www.cqc.org.uk/ and displayed automatically on this directory. Providers of these registered services can then add extra useful information to these entries on the Directory.

If you think a vulnerable adult is being abused in any way, tell someone. You can speak in confidence to one of the Safeguarding Adults teams.
