Care agencies

Information about Care agencies - these employ staff to provide care and support to people in their own homes. Care agencies are registered with and monitored by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Information on Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered services is taken from the CQC website http://www.cqc.org.uk/ and displayed automatically on this directory. Providers of these registered services can then add extra useful information to these entries on the Directory.

Alternatively you may choose to employ a personal assistant (PA).
The personal assistant (PA) network  can help you find a PA/carer - you can also place a free advert here to help you find someone to meet your needs.
PA's do not have to register with the CQC.
